For centuries, fermented teas have been recommended by practitioners of Chinese Medicine to aid digestion, break down fat in the body, treat arteriosclerosis, and more.

Ingredients: Black tea (Pu-Erh style).

- 1 teaspoon of tea

- 475 ml (16 oz) of 99℃/210℉ water for hot tea

- Steep for 3-5 minutes
